What this policy covers

This policy describes what information Nova Buzz Media collects when you visit https://www.novabuzzmedia.com, when you submit a form, when you opt in to text messages, and when you become a client. This policy is in effect as of the date above and applies to everyone who uses this website.

SMS and text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we use it only to send you the messages you asked for, such as your audit results, scheduling, and follow up about our services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Information we collect

• Information you provide on forms (name, company, email, phone, message).
• Information about your visit (page views, referrer) collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
• If you book a discovery call via Cal.com, the booking platform collects scheduling information per their own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare for our discovery call, and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information except with the providers needed to operate our business (email, calendar, hosting), and those providers are under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Client data (for clients)

Once you are a client, we handle your business data on your behalf as a service provider, under the confidentiality terms of our services agreement. Your data is never used to train models. It is encrypted at rest with AES 256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Access is logged and role gated.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, by contacting info@novabuzzmedia.com. Residents of California, Quebec, the EU, and the UK have additional rights under their respective laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to answer your inquiry and to run our business, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Mobile numbers and text message consent records are deleted within thirty days of a STOP request, apart from the record of the opt out itself, which we keep so we do not message you again.
