What this policy covers

This policy describes what information Nova Buzz Media collects when you visit https://novabuzzmedia.com, when you submit a form, and when you become a client. Final wording will be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Information we collect

• Information you provide on forms (name, clinic, email, phone, message).
• Information about your visit (page views, referrer) collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
• If you book a discovery call via Cal.com, the booking platform collects scheduling information per their own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare for our discovery call, and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information except with the providers needed to operate our business (email, calendar, hosting), and those providers are under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Patient data (for clients)

Once you are a client, we handle patient data on your behalf as a service provider. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for US clinics where applicable, and we operate within PHIPA and provincial equivalents in Canada. Patient data is never used to train models. Patient data is encrypted at rest with AES 256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Access is logged and role gated.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, by contacting hello@novabuzzmedia.com. Residents of California, Quebec, the EU, and the UK have additional rights under their respective laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
